Continuing Education Lineup for Realtors in 2022

Evergreen Property Inspectors announces their continuing education for Realtors in 2022 located in Eastern Missouri and Southern Illinois.

We have three options available for obtaining CE credits

1. Live Classroom CE Training.
2. Group Online Zoom CE Classes.
3. Individual Pre-Recorded Online Classes through InterNACHI.

Option 1:  Live Classroom Continuous Education (CE) Training

You provide the location and students. Minimum of 10 participants, maximum of 50.  We provide the instructor, a meal or snacks, and submit the CE documentation to the appropriate State.

Option 3:  Individual Pre-recorded Online Continuous Education (CE) in the State of Missouri.

Self-Directed available in Missouri. Realtor individuals can take free online CE courses at https://www.nachi.org/mo-agent.htm  William’s referral ID is NACHI 17100328   View InterNACHI’s approval by the Missouri Commission.  The state-approved Continuing Education courses and classes are free and online to all licensed real estate agents:

• • Home Energy Efficiency for Real Estate Professionals Course. 6 hours. Elective.
  • Saving Home Energy for Real Estate Professionals Course. 3 hours. Elective.
  • Home Energy Score for Real Estate Professionals Course. 3 hours. Elective.

We also provide over two dozen short educational topics that range from 5 minute breakfast meeting ‘tip of the day topics’  to 30 minute Lunch and Learns. We can bring in a variety of industry partners to keep the conversation fresh, light, and educational!
