During the inspection, we take pictures of the appliance data plates, including model and serial numbers. HVAC equipment, water heaters, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens… There may be labels we cannot find or read, but, once you receive your first report review the systems we captured and then research other systems in your home so that you can check to see if there are any recalls. You can even search for things like bread toasters, hair dryers, humidifiers, and washing machines.
