Mark Horne, ICA, CPI
Mark Horne obtained his Home Inspector Certification through ICA’s Professional Real Estate Inspection Certification Program and is an ASHI Certified Home Inspector in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
He brings experience as an HVAC certified technician, Residential and Commercial Carpenter, and has completed his EPA Universal Certification.
Born in South Carolina, Mark’s family moved to Saint Charles Missouri when he was a child. After high school graduation, he enlisted in the US Army and served honorably for six years after which he returned to St. Charles where he now resides.
We asked Mark to tell us about himself.
“I am married to my wife Rachel and we have one beautiful daughter. In my spare time, my family and I like to enjoy outdoor activities. I also enjoy playing with the St. Louis Blues Warrior Hockey Organization, a program that gives our local veterans a chance to play the sport they love.”

Brett Weis, CPI
Brett Weis is a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is appropriately licensed to perform home inspections in Missouri and Illinois. Illinois Home Inspector License 450012865.
Brett was born and raised in St. Charles, Missouri. After graduating valedictorian from St. Charles High School, he attended Missouri State University, in Springfield, Missouri. Brett graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He now resides in Jefferson County.
Brett is married to his wife Lisa, and they have three daughters (Madison, Kinsley & Brooke). He enjoys spending time and taking trips with his family including Current River, Table Rock Lake, and Gulf Shores to name a few! Brett loves watching his daughter’s athletics and helps the community grow by coaching one of his daughter’s soccer teams. He is a huge Cardinals, Blues, Mizzou & MO State fan.
Heather Johnson is a fifth generation building trades professional following in the footsteps of masons, carpenters, remodelers, and builders. She grew up tearing out drywall, cutting into foundations, and re-wiring outlets.
Heather joined Evergreen Property Inspectors in 2017 as a marketing manager and has since obtained her Certified Home Inspector designation from InterNACHI.
Clients are always recognizing Heather at inspections as she seems to be everywhere at all times. She covers the complete Greater Metropolitan Saint Louis region when chasing her kids, nephews and neices at baseball games, girl scout fundraisers, and performances. Her family loves the outdoors and loves being active in our community.
William Frost, MBA, CMI, ACI
William Frost is active in the community and enjoys helping our industry grow by volunteering and serving on committees and boards such as real estate association committees and the St. Louis Chapter of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He brings thirty-five years of construction, operations, and team management experience to the organization and when he is not in the field performing commercial or home inspections he is helping with marketing, training and operations efficiency.

One morning I may be presenting educational courses at a real estate office and that afternoon I may be crawling under a home looking at floor joists and foundation connections. He grew up in Illinois and after proudly serving in the US Navy as an electronics technician he returned to the Saint Louis area where he obtained his Bachelors in marketing and Masters degree in information technology. He now resides on the Missouri side of the river in Olivette, Missouri. He helps manage the marketing and operations at Evergreen Property Inspectors while providing ongoing support to inspectors in the field.
Will is an active member in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) as well as the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). He is appropriately licensed and holds numerous certifications for home inspections, radon measurements, sewer lateral line scopes, and other testing services in Missouri and Illinois. William enjoys spending family time with his wife, three children, eight grandchildren, four siblings and the rest of the extended family throughout the greater Saint Louis Region. He is enjoying all that life has to offer and you’ll often see him at sporting and music events around town.
