About Evergreen Property Inspectors

Paul Frost, CPI, ACI

Paul Frost manages the home inspector team at Evergreen Property Inspectors, LLC. Clients and Real Estate agents are always complimenting his excellent communication skills, industry knowledge, and passion for helping others learn about the condition of a home. His background includes construction, remodeling, operations and sales management experience. As a co-founder of Evergreen, Paul ensures all inspectors adhere to the same high standards he set when he began this business. He champions continuous improvement initiatives, safety training, skills training, and process improvement while staying focused on ways to provide the best value for our clients.

Great communication is key to everyone’s success.

I love your easy to read reports and summary feature. The home condition is what it is, but the way you present the findings is the real reason I love your team. When a client walks away from the home inspection feeling more confident about their purchase decision, that makes my job so much easier. When my clients choose Evergreen Property Inspectors, I have a sigh of relief. You’re going to find the bad stuff when it exists, but you won’t scare them away when you talk about small stuff.
– C Ellison, Realtor

Paul was born and raised in the St. Louis area, Edwardsville, Illinois and Kirkwood, Missouri, and returned to the serve our community after honorably serving in the US Army as a generator technician. He enjoys working with his hands and when he is not engaged in projects for family, friends, or his own 100-year-old home, he is volunteering with various organizations throughout the metro-east community.

Helping clients understand what they are getting into before they make a purchase has a tremendous impact on their lives. Some people are happy with getting a great deal in exchange for putting some work into their property. Others want to have minimal work and upkeep. Our job is to help them understand the condition of the property at the time of purchase, and I take that responsibility to heart.
– Paul Frost

Paul is a graduate of the ASHI School Hands-On Home Inspection Training Program, is an ASHI Certified Inspector (ACI) in the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
